With nearly two decades of experience in SAP transformations, Andreas Krieg has first-hand knowledge of the challenges involved in large-scale programs – from strategic planning to operational implementation. After working for leading industrial companies and consultancies, he founded SaphirACon 2023 to offer companies a new form of support: independent, practical, and with genuine responsibility for success. His motivation: to manage transformations in such a way that they become a competitive advantage rather than a risk.
